Service for businesses
Your company's representative in Riyadh
Presence in the market without relocating and without your own legal entity: someone on the ground who runs meetings for you, reads a site the way an engineer reads it, and checks the people you are about to work with.
When this is needed
The Saudi market works poorly at a distance. Correspondence goes quiet, a contractor shows you what is convenient to show, and a tender surfaces a week after the deadline. Presence solves that for less than opening an office.
- You have found a client or partner, but flying in for every meeting is not realistic
- A contractor, supplier or unit needs checking before any money moves
- Work is under way and nobody is controlling quality or programme
- You want into tenders and prequalification but do not know where to start
- The company is still assessing the market and is not ready to incorporate
What is included
Four blocks, taken together or separately depending on the task.
The company's face on the ground
We attend meetings on your behalf, hold the line with clients and contractors between your visits, and answer questions in Arabic and English. We hear more than what is said: a polite 'we will study it' and a flat refusal sound identical here, and the difference is visible only from inside the environment. After each meeting: a short written summary of what was said, what was promised and what is still open.
Finding and vetting counterparties
Contractors, suppliers, premises, potential partners. We look past the presentation at the company itself: what it has in progress, who stands behind it, what the market says, and whether it holds licences for the activity it claims.
Supervision and acceptance
Site and factory visits read by an engineer. Photo reports, an assessment of quality and programme, verification of quantities and budgets on another party's work. This is the part that cannot be done over video.
Tenders and prequalification
We track tenders in your field, prepare the prequalification pack, and register you as a vendor with clients. Entering a tender is not winning one: we are accountable for the submission, not the outcome.
Who represents you
We do not publish team names or photographs — that is a deliberate decision. What we publish instead is a profile you can test on the first call.
- Negotiates and reads a site: architect and civil engineer, educated in Germany
- What gets negotiated: scope, price, programme, payment terms, warranties, contractual claims
- Working in the Gulf since 2012
- Experience as a director of projects in private development, alongside private practice
- Arabic and Russian are native languages; English is professional
- Inside the Saudi environment since 2012, government bodies included: protocol, meeting order, how decisions actually get made
- Working context: FIDIC, scopes of works, budgets, technical supervision, handover
- Based in Riyadh, permanently
A CV is sent privately before any work begins. Our own construction team in Riyadh and active sites mean you can come and look before you pay.
How the work and the money are structured
- 01
Task and boundaries
We establish what has to happen on the ground and on whose behalf. If it does not work in this format, you hear that immediately.
- 02
Authority in writing
What we may say and do on your behalf is fixed in writing. We hold no power of signature and do not ask for one.
- 03
Payment format
Hourly for one-off tasks. A monthly package when presence is continuous. Which is better becomes clear once the task is understood.
- 04
Reporting
A written summary for every meeting and every visit. Photo reports for sites.
Cost depends on the depth of presence, the number of meetings and whether site visits are involved, which is why it follows the brief rather than a price list. Any government fees are paid directly to the authorities.
What we will not do
We do not sign for you
Representation does not mean signature authority. You sign; we prepare and explain.
We do not replace a lawyer or auditor
Legal opinions, tax matters and audit are the work of licensed professionals in the Kingdom.
We do not promise negotiation or tender outcomes
That decision belongs to the client or the authority. We are accountable for preparation and submission.
We do not act for both sides
If we represent you, we do not represent your counterparty in the same deal.
We do not name clients
Not in correspondence, not in presentations. Your presence in the market is your information.
Frequent questions
Do we need a legal entity in Saudi Arabia?
Not for representation. An entity becomes necessary once you take on subcontracts or sell directly: here the contract is signed by a company registered in the Kingdom. While the work is meetings, checks and preparation, presence functions without one.
Will you sign documents on our behalf?
No. We hold no signature authority and do not request it. We act within written, agreed limits: speak, verify, prepare, report.
How does this differ from negotiation support?
Negotiation support is a one-off engagement for specific meetings. Representation is continuous presence between your visits. There is a separate page for negotiation support.
How is it paid?
Two ways: hourly for one-off tasks, or a monthly package where presence is continuous. The amount depends on scope and is built for the case.
Can you represent us before government bodies?
Meetings with government authorities and state-owned companies are part of the work. We do not influence their decisions and do not promise an outcome.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before the brief, if the information is confidential.

Tell us what needs to happen on the ground
Company profile, the task, and over what period. We will confirm the format and whether it works without an entity. No call needed unless you want one.
